Shipping Policy

STANDARD ORDER INFO:

Orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks of being placed, though during high volume times of the year or if you place a larger order please note that the shipping times may be longer. If you are in need of your item by a certain date, please send us a message here so we can do our best to accommodate you!

Most orders are shipped out on Thursdays of each week, either via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery. You will be notified when your package ships via email, along with a tracking number. Insurance is included with each package.

RECYCLED & BIODYGRADABLE SHIPPING MATERIALS

We do our best to use recycled and biodegradable materials when shipping your order. While we do use some bubble wrap is necessary to ensure that your items arrive safely, any other plastic or Styrofoam that is used in your order has been recycled from a previous source. Our packing peanuts are made of corn starch and are 100% biodegradable. 

 

BROKEN OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

Most orders arrive without a problem, however we do ship fragile things and sometimes life happens. If your items arrive broken, please contact us immediately. We will request photos of both the broken piece and any damage to the box in order to file an insurance claim and send you a replacement. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience! Orders must be resolved within two weeks of receiving your order.​

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders ship via USPS. Customers are responsible for any duty fees or custom fees associated with your purchase, and these are not included with the shipping cost. It is up to the buyer to be familiar with these fees. 

Insurance is not provided on international orders. Niik is not responsible for list shipments.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us here and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

For returns or exchanges, please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return or exchange of products. Refunds or exchanges must be made within two weeks of receiving the order. If your item shows use, we unfortunately cannot issue a replacement or exchange.
