Hello & Welcome! We are so excited to invite you on a healing journey of self-empowerment and connection to ourselves and each other as we gather to help facilitate our paths to becoming vibrant, alive beings. Our vision behind this retreat is to bring inspiration and support to the process of taking back responsibility of our own health and healing. Join us for an immersive day at Seeds & Spores Family Farm located just outside of Marquette, MI - ground in, connect, and be nourished!

8:15 Gathering/Check In

8:30- 9:00  Opening Ceremony

9:00- 9:15 Break & Mingle

9:15- 10:15 Session 1: Movement & Yoga - Awakening the Body

10:15- 10:45 Intermediary Session – Welcome & Vision with Leanne Hatfield

10:45- 11:00 Break & Mingle

11:00- 12:00 Session 2: Breathwork with Kate Lewendowski

12:00- 12:45 Food as Medicine/ Farm Walk

12:45- 1:45 Farm Fresh Lunch - catered by FarmHer Vanessa Wight 

1:45- 2:45 Session 3: Connecting to the Inner Self through Tantra with Niikah Hatfield

2:45- 3:00 Break & Mingle

3:00- 3:30 Herb Walk 

3:30- 4:30 Session 4: Somatic Wisdom with Tayla Shanaye

4:30- 4:45 Break & Mingle

4:45 Closing Cacao Ceremony with Aurelia Hunter

The retreat is at Seeds & Spores Family Farm, located at 724 Greenfield Rd, Marquette, MI. This is a rustic experience, and we will be outside for portions of the day so please bring good shoes and appropriate clothing/layers for U.P. weather. Also consider bringing a yoga mat, blanket, cushions, or chairs for sitting, a journal & pen, and vessel for nourishing tea and infusions. We also invite you to bring a special offering to add to our alter. There is an outhouse and outdoor washing station. Please contact us if you have mobility concerns!

Space is limited to 25 participants. Registration closes Monday, September 6th.

Cost: The retreat is $110. This includes the full day of sessions, nourishing tea and infusions throughout the day, along with a farm-fresh lunch.
