Join us for a day-long retreat of healing, nourishement, and community at Seeds & Spores Family Farm!

Hello & Welcome! 

We are so excited to invite you to the second year of Illuminating the Journey, a nourishing retreat that was birthed out of a collective desire create powerful spaces to reclaim our sovereignty and power on the path of healing. Drop into nature & connection with each other through a powerful series of workshops, farm-fresh food, and community gathering space.

Join us for an immersive day at Seeds & Spores Family Farm with a powerful group of facilitators to rest, heal, and reconnect!

Women's Circle:

*open to all women, femmes, & gender non-conforming womb-holders*

Our women's circle is a day-long space of ceremony, workshops, and connection. Beginning with optional morning yoga, the day will flow through series of sessions that touch on wombwork, breathwork, healing around nourishment & pleasure, and social & structural systems & impacts. We will have a delicious lunch prepaired from seasonal food on the farm, and end with a shared weaving spiral ceremony with the men's group.

Tentative Schedule:

7:45 am - Morning Yoga with Kalil (optional)

9:00 am - Opening Ceremony

10:00 am - Wombwork with Kristen

11:30 am - Breathwork with Kate

12:30 pm - Farm Fresh Lunch

2:00 pm - Nourishment & Pleasure with Leanne & Niikah

3:30 pm - Witnessing & Systems with Tayla

5:00 pm - Weaving Spiral Ceremony

6:45pm - Community Dinner (optional)

Men's Circle:

Drop into a powerful space of building & tending to community with Michael Lynn, followed by a circle discussion around shadowwork and weaving spiral ceremony with the women's circle.

Tentative Schedule:

1:00 pm - Community Tending

3:00 pm - Circle

5:00 pm - Weaving Spiral Ceremony

6:45 pm - Community Dinner (optional)

Community Dinner:

This optional portion of the retreat is open to all participants, and is a space to connect, laugh, and gather in community as a gentle way to begin the integration process of participating in healing work together.

Rustic Experience:

The retreat is at Seeds & Spores Family Farm, located at 724 Greenfield Rd, Marquette, MI. This is a rustic experience, and we will be outside for portions of the day so please bring good shoes and appropriate clothing/layers for U.P. weather. There is an outhouse and outdoor washing station. Please contact us if you have mobility concerns!

What to Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or chair for sitting; a journal & pen; and vessel for nourishing tea and infusions. We also invite you to bring a special offering to add to our alter. 

Childcare:

We will be able to arrange for childcare during the men's circle portion of the event for those with partners & children who want to join. Please reach out if you are interested.

Registration:

Space is limited to 25 participants for the Women's Circle, and 15 for the Men's Circle. Please register early to secure your spot! 

Cost:

The retreat s offered on a sliding scale

Women's Circle: $100 - $150

Women's Circle + Dinner: $125 - $175

Men's Circle: $20 - $30

Men's Circle + Dinner: $45 - $55

Payment is accepted online here, or is payable via cash or check to Seeds & Spores Family Farm or Niik Creative Co. Alternative payment methods must be completed prior to September 18th to secure your spot. You still must register here!
