Dawn in the Mountains: Watercolor Workshop with Megan Leigh

We're so excited to host Megan Leigh here at the studio to lead a watercolor workshop! 

In this Dawn in the Mountains workshop, we will practice some simple watercolor techniques that can be used beyond the scope of this session. Participants will use handmade watercolors on cotton paper to paint tree-lined hills, rocky ridges, and luminous mountaintops. If you haven’t painted with watercolors yet, have no fear! Landscapes are a terrific starting point because they’re made of organic and forgiving shapes. Drawing skills are wonderful but not required. All supplies are provided - just bring an open mind and we’ll create the rest together. 

Dawn in the Mountains will take place Saturday, October 21st from 2-4pm at Niik Creative Co. All materials will be provided, and you'll walk away with your watercolor landscape.
